Work Flow
Kailun Mould cooperate with the leading die casting companies to design and manufacture die casting molds in accordance with their design specifications.
In the initial stage of mold development, we start to design the structure of die mold and die components base on drawings or samples. During this period, we will have a set of standardized operation and technical process to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of the design, and provide the most reasonable design scheme according to the requirements of customers and our own experience.
We have a complete set of mold manufacturing and processing equipment,that is enable us to achieve internal control of all manufacturing processes.
Meanwhile, our quality control department will strictly check each manufacturing procedure to ensure die components conforms to the technical requirements of the design.
Materials & Heat treatment
We usually select die materials according to the mold technical requirements of customers.The material suppliers also provide both the material and heat treatment, and we requires the batch number, material analysis and heat treatment report to ensure the quality assurance and traceability of the molds for the customers.
